The number of daily cases in Pakistan once again exceeds 1,000

Islamabad: There were 1,037 new coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, and Pakistan’s daily number of cases exceeded the 1,000 mark for the first time in a week on Thursday morning.

The country reported 1,052 cases in one day on June 25 for the last time.

According to the latest data from the National Command and Operations Center, the country’s daily death toll has also increased slightly, with 40 new deaths.

NCOC data shows that 46,145 tests were conducted on June 30, of which 1,037 test results were positive for COVID-19.

Pakistan’s current positive rate is 2.2%. The total number of active COVID-19 cases is 31,767.

So far, at least 904,320 people have recovered across Pakistan, which is an important number. According to NCOC data, the total number of cases has reached 958,408.

According to the breakdown of the provinces, so far, the total number of cases reported in Sindh is 337,674, Punjab 346,301, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 138,068, Islamabad Capital Territory 82,706, Balochistan 27,178, Gil Province of Gite-Baltis 38 and 40.
