WhatsApp users encountered serious problems when running the application on Android. In the past few days, a strange error disturbed some WhatsApp users around the world because it logged them out of their accounts for no reason.

These people reported the error to WABetaInfo for the first time, stating that the messaging app logged them out of their accounts without even notifying them.

WABetaInfo stated in its report that this was just an error. The blog stated in a tweet: “If you recently signed out of WhatsApp on WhatsApp for Android, don’t worry: it was an error. You can sign in to WhatsApp again.”

The Facebook-owned messaging platform has not disclosed the details of the issue, nor has it provided any numbers of users affected by the error. If your WhatsApp account is also affected by this error, just log in again using your registered phone number.

The report further indicated that those users who saw the sudden logout error would see a prompt stating that “Your phone number is no longer registered with WhatsApp on this phone. This may be because you registered it on another phone. If you have not done so, please verify your phone number to log in to your account again.”

It is important to note that this is not the first time an unknown error has affected WhatsApp Android users, as they also discovered earlier that after upgrading to the latest beta version of the app, even older WhatsApp messages were not loaded.

However, WhatsApp has fixed this error in the latest beta update. At the same time, the messaging platform has not yet confirmed the sudden logout problem and repaired it.
