New Delhi: According to media reports, Microsoft is planning to introduce a new feature for Microsoft Teams that allows teachers to connect with parents and guardians. Working with SDS reduces the time required to find information for parents and guardians of students.
According to the report, an upcoming feature of Microsoft Teams will help teachers establish contact with students’ parents and guardians.
An entry on the Microsoft 365 roadmap states that the “parent connection in Teams for Education” is under development. According to the report, the feature may be launched as early as October 2021, but that date may change.
“Parent Connection in Microsoft Teams for Education” utilizes an automated system to keep contact information up to date.
The website quoted the company as saying: “Through the’Parent Connection’ in Teams for Education, educators can use Teams chat to easily connect and interact with class parents and guardians.”
