Pakistan receives 1.55 million doses of Coxing vaccine consignment

Islamabad: According to a NCOC statement, Pakistan received 1.55 million doses of Xenoxin vaccine from China on Sunday.
According to NCOC, a PIA plane carrying an additional dose of vaccine arrived in Islamabad from China.
“This is part of the planned number of contracts purchased from China,” NCOC said.
NCOC stated that China, as a “tested friend of Pakistan”, has taken special measures to ensure the uninterrupted supply of vaccines to Pakistan.
It said that sometime next week, another batch of 2-3 million doses of Chinese vaccine will arrive in Pakistan, and the supply will continue.
The NCOC concluded: “Steps have been taken to ship these vaccines to all federal units in accordance with their requirements.”
