Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo will miss the remainder of the fourth game after hyperextension of his left knee. The team announced on Tuesday night.

Antetokounmpo failed in the third quarter of the Eastern Conference Finals after trying to prevent Clint Capela from dunking under the basket. He landed awkwardly with his left leg, and it was quite painful when he fell to the ground.

The two-time NBA MVP stayed on the court for a few minutes and finally returned to the locker room. Antetokounmpo was able to put some weight on his left leg, but he was obviously limp.

Before heading to the locker room again, he briefly returned to the bench. The Bucks then officially ruled him out for the remainder of the fourth game.

Antetokounmpo had 14 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 24 minutes. Entering Tuesday’s game, he averaged 29.2 points, 13.0 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 14 playoff games.
