Lahore: On Tuesday, a judicial magistrate granted Tik Toker Kashif Zameer bail in a case of posing as a government official and carrying illegal weapons.
The court has granted Kashif Zameer bail after submitting a deposit of Rs 1,00,000. However, in another case in which the Turkish actor Engin Altan Duzyatan was tricked into visiting Pakistan, Kashif will continue to be detained by the police. The police arrested Kasif over Enjin’s complaint, and Enjin became famous worldwide for playing Ertugrul in the hit TV series “Dirilis: Ertugrul”.
The Turkish Embassy in Pakistan has sent a letter of complaint to the Ministry of Interior of the Punjab Province, and has since then registered Kashif’s case following the instructions of the Chief of Police. According to FIR, Kasif invited Enjin Altan to visit Pakistan to photograph the Chaudhry Group brand. When Enjin’s team asked for money, the defendant failed to pay the actors’ fees and cancelled the agreement.
According to reports, the suspect claimed to be a government official when the police arrested him in a raid. According to the report, the police found a vehicle with blue emergency lights and weapons from him and filed a case against him at the Nishtar Colony Police Station. The other case was registered at the Racecourse Police Station.
