PMD predicts that it may rain heavily in the city today

The Meteorological Department predicted on Thursday that there will be strong winds and heavy rain in Karachi today (Thursday).

According to the Meteorological Department, it may also rain in Sukkur, Larkana, Khairpur, Kashmore, Ghotki, Shaheed Benazirabad, Dadu, Jacobabad, Padaidan, Rohri, Hyderabad, Umerkot, Mirpur Khas, Thaarparkar, Khairpur and Sanghar.

At the same time, the Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) has issued a high alert on Jinnah International Airport.

Between June 17th and 19th, it is predicted that the city will have rain and strong wings. CAA instructed the airside and fire department to take emergency measures.

Small airplanes and helicopters should bear additional weight and instruct relevant departments to transfer the airplanes to the hangar to avoid damage from strong winds.
