PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari admitted to hospital: source

Karachi: According to the Geographic News report, former President Asif Ali Zardari was admitted to the hospital for treatment due to illness.

PPP co-chair Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has arrived in Karachi from Islamabad, and Bakhtawar Bhutto-Zardari and her husband have also arrived in the city from Dubai to take care of her father.

In October last year, the leader of the PPP and the former president was admitted to the hospital due to low sugar.

In a recent speech at the National Assembly, Bilawal said that Zardari participated in the budget meeting despite his illness.

The former president recently arrived in Karachi from Lahore and Islamabad. In Lahore, he recently participated in a meeting with Pervaiz Elahi, the former Chief Minister of Punjab.
