Islamabad: On Wednesday, the local court held a hearing on the post-arrest bail application of Zahir Jaffer’s parents who murdered former diplomat Shaukat Mukadam’s daughter Nu The main suspect of Al Mukadam.

At the hearing, the suspect’s father, Zakir Jaffer, said: “We do not support our son, we support the victim’s family.”

Zakir Jaffer and Asmat Adam’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi evaluated the court and based on the suspect’s statement before investigators, his client was included in the case.

He said that his clients did not know about the incident, and added that they did not conceal or provide wrong information to the authorities.

At the same time, the prosecutor told the court that the suspect was in contact with his mother, but she did not tell the police.

Abbas then replied that the telephone contact between the son and the mother did not constitute a crime. The prosecutor said that the pistol found from the suspect was issued in the name of Zakir Jaffer.

He insisted that the suspect called his father and mother at around 3 pm on July 20. The lawyer said that it was the time that Noor Mukadam and Zahir Jaffer were together, and added that she was later killed.

Earlier, on July 27, a conference court in Islamabad sent Zahir Jaffer’s parents and the parents of two other suspects to prison, sentenced to 14 for allegedly participating in the murder of Noor. Tian Judicial Remand.

On the same day, the suspect has been submitted to the court of Justice Magistrate Shoaib Akhtar.

At the beginning of the hearing, the police asked the judge to remand the suspect for 14 days in judicial custody. After hearing the request, the judge asked the plaintiffs whether they were willing to present their arguments in this case.

The lawyer responded that if the judge sends the suspect to jail for remand, they will not present their arguments.

Upon hearing this, the court approved the remand and ordered the suspects-Zakir Jaffer, Asmat Adamji, Iftihar and Jamil-to be sent to Adiyala prison.
