There may be moderate rain in Sindh in the next 48 hours: Bureau of Meteorology

Karachi: The Karachi Regional Meteorological Center stated that it is expected that from Friday, different areas of Sindh will experience moderate rain, accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms.

Rainfall in different parts of the province is expected to continue until Saturday.

The consultation stated that light/medium intensity monsoon currents may penetrate into eastern Sindh.

Under their influence, there may be sporadic rains/thunderstorms in Tapak, Umekot, Sanhar, Jamshoro, Badin, Tata, Nawabshah and Dado areas today and tomorrow.

In addition, the remote areas of Mirpurkhas, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, Dadu, Jamshoro, Tando Muhammad Khan, Badin Thatta and Sujawal may experience rainfall, accompanied by wind and thunderstorms.

Partly cloudy/cloudy weather along the coast is expected, with drizzle and light rain.
