Karachi: The DNA of the defendant Zakir matched the samples collected during the investigation. Zakir is suspected of raping and murdering a 6-year-old girl in the Korangi area of ​​the metropolis.

At 6 o’clock in the morning last week, the deceased was found wrapped in a thick cushion.

Investigators said the girl’s autopsy report revealed that she was raped and her neck was broken.

According to the police, the rickshaw driver Zakir admitted to raping and killing the underage girl.

The police quoted Zakir’s confession that he drove the girl in a rickshaw around 11:30 on July 27 and raped her at the Sunday market, one hour away from the scene of the incident. He picked up the girl.

At the same time, the spokesperson of the Sindh Provincial Government, Murtaza Wahab, expressed his appreciation to the Korangi police for solving the case quickly. He said he hoped that “rapists” would be severely punished for this heinous behavior.

Police officials said that the doctor in the preliminary medical report found that the girl living in Corangi was raped before being murdered.

SSP Khan said that the girl came out of her house to play during a power outage in her area at 9pm the previous night, but when she did not go home, the family reported the incident to the police at around 12am.
