Lahore: After obtaining the records of her call, the police decided to involve a close friend of the late model Nayab Nadeem in her murder investigation.
On Sunday, the 29-year-old model was found strangled to death when her step-brother happened to hit her body at her residence. The police said that an unidentified man also tortured her. Nayab lives alone in her residence.
The police confirmed that the murderer took the cell phone of the slain model and escaped from the back of the house.
“Rear [scrutinising] For phone details, her close friend has been included in the investigation,” the police said.
The police investigated the details of the case and found that her body was found on the floor of her residence and the model was strangled to death.
“The deceased recently returned to Lahore from Dubai,” the police confirmed, adding that her body had been returned to her relatives after an autopsy.
The police said the suspect tried to describe it as rape and murder after killing her.
Stepbrother found out that the model was dead
The police said they had filed a lawsuit against Nayab’s step-brother Mohammad Ali, who said he found her body lying on the floor when he came to see her.
The police said there were traces on her neck, and experts from the Punjab Forensic Science Bureau had also arrived at the murder scene to collect samples from the crime scene.
The police had said that there was no sign that a robbery occurred in the house.
