The owner of the beating dog advocates absent court

On Wednesday, the court summoned the owners of two dogs who attacked and injured a man who was walking through the streets of the upscale DHA neighborhood in Karachi.

The additional district and conference judge (South) ordered Humayunhan to appear in court on Friday (tomorrow) to record his statement and extend his pre-arrest bail period to the next hearing date.

At the beginning of the hearing, Khan’s lawyer, Javed Mir, filed an application on behalf of his client, demanding that he was unable to appear in court due to illness and asked the court to extend his bail period.

The victim’s lawyer, Naeem Qureshi, a senior lawyer Mirza Akhtar, opposed the extension and believed that the medical certificate submitted by the defendant was false. He also argued that the suspect should be included on the export control list.

However, the judge noticed that the suspect had been given another opportunity to appear in court to record his statement and instructed his lawyer to ensure that he appeared at the next hearing.

Earlier this week, a video of a man being beaten by two pet dogs went viral on social media. CCTV cameras recorded the incident. In the video, two dogs can be seen rushing towards a man as he walks along the road.

Another man who appeared to be the dog’s caretaker tried to separate the animal from the victim, but to no avail. When the hound continued to attack him, the victim could be seen knocked to the ground. The watchman ran to find another person, and then they all pulled the dog away from the advocate.

Fahad and Ali, the guardians of the two dogs, abandoned the injured victim on the road and left with the dog. The police registered Khan, the owner of the dog, and designated two caretakers in the case.
