The additional District and Conference Judge (Western District) Sarah Junejo instructed the police officer of the Saeedabad Police Department to bring the document to the court at the next hearing.

MNA Mandokhail has applied to the court to register FIR with Awan. Awan is also the leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf in Pakistan because he slapped him on the TV show on July 6.

In the previous hearing, the police had submitted a report to the court, asking the judge to decide the jurisdiction of the matter, because the incident took place in Islamabad, but the plaintiff wanted to register the case in Karachi.

According to Mandokhail, he and Awan were invited to participate in a talk show hosted by Javed Chaudhry on Express News on June 9. Preside over government policy. He said that although he asked to speak when it was her turn, she did so repeatedly.

The PPP lawmaker said that afterwards she began to slander the PPP and filed serious accusations against the top leadership of his party, after which he raised questions about her corruption allegations.

He claimed that Awan was angry and started throwing swear words at him, then slapped him during the show and issued death threats at the same time. He mentioned Uzma Buhari of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz as a witness.
