The country celebrates Eid al-Fitr with religion and passion

In the Covid-19 measures to prevent the spread of the deadly virus, the country is celebrating the festival Eidul Azha with religious enthusiasm and enthusiasm.

Devotees gather in mosques, Eid al-Fitr and open spaces in all cities, towns and villages to provide Eid al-Fitr prayers and implement standard operating procedures outlined by the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC).

Special prayers are offered for the well-being of the Muslim Uma and the progress, prosperity and security of the country.
After Eid al-Fitr prayers, people began offering sacrifices to animals to commemorate the great sacrifices of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismael (AS).

Eidul Al Azha is one of the two major festivals in Islam. It marks the end of the Hajj, which is the annual and most important pilgrimage to Mecca in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan respectively stated in their congratulations on Eid al-Fitr that without the spirit of sacrifice, it is impossible for a country to achieve its development goals.

President Alvi urged people to continue to be vigilant against the fourth wave of coronavirus and strictly abide by all standard operating procedures to curb its further spread.

He emphasized the need to extend these efforts to overcome the more aggressive Delta variant.

In his congratulatory message, Prime Minister Khan said that it was this enthusiasm that helped the Pakistani nation save itself from the global coronavirus pandemic with wisdom, national strategy and patience.

He said that the current economic situation facing the country is changing and the economy is on track. He added that people are receiving relief through different programs initiated by his government.

Prime Minister Khan said that the days for Pakistan to stand on an equal footing in the ranks of developed countries are not far away.
