Karachi: On Friday, a group of climbers from the Shimshal Valley climbed the unclimbed Passu Cones in Pakistan’s Karakoram Mountains and made history.
The team is led by climber Abdul Joshi (Abdul Joshi), and there are two female climbers-Sultana Nasab and Shama Baqir. Together they became the first team ever to climb Passo Cone.

The summit was completed early on Friday morning. After 10 days of expedition, a total of 10 climbers reached the 6,160m peak.
The team celebrated the summit by raising the national flag on the top of the Passo Cone, marking the upcoming Pakistan Independence Day tomorrow, together with the historic summit itself.
