New Delhi: In order to provide a movie experience in the comfort of your home, Sony launched two new premium BRAVIA XR TVs for Indian audiences on Wednesday.

The new XR-77A80J is priced at 549,990 rupees and will be listed on August 25, while the KD-85X85J is priced at 499,990 rupees and is available now.

The company said in a statement that the new TV is equipped with gaming functions, HDMI 2.1, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, IMAX, and environmental optimization and acoustic auto-calibration technologies.

The new BRAVIA XR 77A80J OLED is equipped with a new cognitive processor XR, and the 85X85J TV is equipped with an X1 4K HDR image processor.

The company stated that it aims to think like a human brain and provide a revolutionary experience that allows viewers to fully immerse themselves in their favorite content.

Both new large-screen TVs are equipped with gaming features such as HDMI 2.1, 4K120, automatic low latency mode (ALLM) and variable refresh rate (VRR). With BRAVIA XR 77A80J OLED and 85X85J, users can enjoy ultra-smooth games at 4K/120 fps and dedicated game mode, reducing input latency to less than 8.5 milliseconds.

With HDMI 2.1 compatibility, including 4K 120fps, VRR, ALLM and e-ARC in the A80J, users will have the advantage of real-time screen action shooting sports and high-performance games.

HDMI 2.1 has a higher speed, can achieve higher resolution, data processing and additional functions, such as 4K 120Hz, VRR and ALLM.

The company said that with the help of XR surround technology to provide 3D surround upgrades, users can experience the thrill of movies in the latest audio formats.
