Muzaffarabad Tigers captain Mohamed Hafiz went mad at the opposing team today (Friday), breaking a fierce century in a conflict with the Milpur Royals, leaving his team in the driver’s seat.
As the opener promoted himself to the top of the batting sequence, the right-handed batter slammed the Millpool Royals bowler from the first ball.
Hafez did a short job on Millpool’s pitcher, scoring nine 6 points and five 4 points in his innings. After singles, the batsman became the second player in the Kashmir Premier League (KPL) to score three figures.
Hafez expressed his pleasure to include local talents in Kashmir cricket, adding that by sharing the locker room with international cricket players, they will benefit and learn new skills.
“The two Kashmiris are part of XI in our team,” he said. “This will benefit the local talents here a lot.”
Hafiz once supported Kashmiri cricketers, saying that he hopes they will perform well for the country in order to show their talents to the world.
