Islamabad: A statement from the President’s Secretariat stated that President Arif Alvi received a briefing on national security and the situation in Afghanistan at the Intelligence Headquarters of the Armed Forces on Thursday.

Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed, Director-General of Inter-Service Intelligence, welcomed the President when he arrived at ISI headquarters.
