PM Imran launches succession certificate program

On Wednesday, Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Punjab Province Administration Letter and Succession Certificate Initiative.

At the launch ceremony, Prime Minister Imran Khan praised the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) for developing software for issuing inheritance certificates.
Prime Minister Imran Khan stated that the initiative will greatly facilitate the masses, including overseas Pakistanis, and reiterated that the government is committed to using the latest technology to further improve people’s lives.

The Prime Minister stated that Shaukat Khanum Hospital has completely switched to a paperless system, which he believes has eliminated the possibility of corruption.

He said the electronic voting machine (EVM) will solve the problem of election manipulation.

According to the “Management Certificate and Inheritance Certificate Act”, people can obtain an inheritance certificate from the national database and registration agency within 15 days without having to seek help from the court for this purpose.
