On Friday, Prime Minister Imran Khan knew nothing about his remarks that he “hoped to transform Azad Jammu and Kashmir” into a new province in Pakistan.

“I want to clarify to all of you today. InshaAllah, one day, all the sacrifices made by the people of Kashmir will not be wasted. God will grant you this right. There will be a referendum, InshaAllah.

He expressed confidence that the people would choose to live with Pakistan that day.

The Prime Minister continued to say that after the UN authorized the referendum, his government will hold another referendum, and the people of Kashmir will choose to live with Pakistan or become an independent country.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the freedom struggle before the split of Kashmir began more than 100 years ago, when people stood up again and again against the Dogra government.

The Dogra family is a dynasty of the Hindu Rajputs who ruled Jammu and Kashmir from 1846 to 1947.

Regarding the elections for the Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir scheduled to be held on Sunday, the Prime Minister said that there have been rumors that “there will be manipulation.”

He said that when he used to play cricket, it was standard practice for the country to have its own referee, and he was afraid that a team that lost to a strong team would be the first to lose the game because of the opponent’s referee. Host.

The Prime Minister said that Nawaz’s cricket was “as good as his politics”.

The Prime Minister expressed regret over the impact of the war on terrorism on Pakistan and said that the region has suffered the most.

The Prime Minister asked if anyone had fought for Kashmir in international forums in the past 10 years. “You can evaluate the two governments in the past 10 years and the three years we have been in power.”

“Does anyone go to the United Nations? Does anyone give interviews abroad?

When referring to a book by Barkha Dutt, he said that it stated that Nawaz Sharif “had a secret meeting with Modi.”

He said that when there was an earthquake in Azad Jammu and Kashmir 16 years ago, Yasin Malik and he visited the affected areas here. “He brought money from Kashmir and distributed it to the people here. I will never forget this.”

“Keep on being patient Yasin Malik. InshaAllah, good times will come soon. The entire country of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir are with you, praying for you and the people of Kashmir.”

“This is our belief. Kashmir will do the right thing and determine its own future,” he reiterated at the end of his speech.
