The Prime Minister shared the “good news” of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on Twitter, saying that the inflow of funds through RDA and its accounts and deposits had broken records.
“Good news from SBP. #RoshanDigitalAccount has achieved more milestones. Friday’s inflow exceeded US$1.5 billion, and the investment in Naya Pakistan Certificate exceeded US$1 billion,” he wrote on Twitter.

The inflow of funds from RDA exceeds the $1 billion mark
In April, SBP announced that the inflow of foreign exchange through RDA had exceeded the $1b mark.
“The inflow of funds through RDA exceeded $1 billion in just over seven months,” Bank Negara said in a tweet.
The elated Prime Minister Khan also thanked overseas Pakistanis and SBP on Twitter for ensuring more foreign exchange inflows from the country.
“Alhamdulillah, the funds received through RDA have exceeded 1 billion US dollars. I want to thank our overseas Pakistanis for their enthusiastic response; I also thank SBP and the bank for their efforts to achieve this important milestone in such a short period of time.” Wrote on Twitter a month ago.
