Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan plans to expand”Ehsaas Koi Bhooka Na Soye‘The initiative to three other cities-Multan, Gujranwala and Lahore, aims to eliminate hunger in the country.

By October, the Ehsaas Koi Bhooka Na Soye (EKBNS) business will expand to all four provinces, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, with 40 food trucks in 29 cities, which will provide food for 40,000 people every day and 1.46 million people every year.

Under the EKBNS program, the distribution of free food helps the poor save hard-earned money for their families. Each truck provides food for 1,000-1,500 people at designated service points every day, twice a week, 7 days a week.

The EKBNS truck kitchen is specially designed to provide healthy meals and is fully equipped with safe cooking utensils. Meals are cooked, stored and served in the truck kitchen. To date, 831,625 meals have been provided in Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Islamabad.
