Peshawar Zalmi nervously knocks out the defending champion Karachi Kings

In a tense battle, Peshawar Zalmi defeated the defending champion Karachi Kings in the first knockout match of the sixth edition of the Pakistan Premier League at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Ground in the UAE.
Peshawar defeated Karachi with five wickets in their 176 pursuits-knocking out the team led by Imad Wasim from the tournament.
Zalmi will now face Islamabad United in the knockout 2 on June 22. The winners of this game will be eligible to enter the finals, where they will face Multan Sultan.
