The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) and the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) launched the “Pak Covid-19 vaccination pass app‘.

The app was developed to facilitate people to carry their digital Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

The application allows users to download the Covid vaccination certificate issued by Nadra and save it on the phone.

The digital certificate is the official proof of Covid-19 vaccination required for domestic and international travel.

Using the QR code, the digital certificate can be verified instantly.

The NCOC announced earlier this week that after September 10th, air travel will mandate a complete Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

The nerve center of Pakistan’s virus response has also made a major decision to speed up the national vaccination process.

The forum announced that some vaccination certificates will expire after September 10, “and the decision has been notified to all provinces.”

The forum added that the interval between the first and second doses of all types of vaccines has been reduced from 42 days to 28 days.

It said that the decision was made after consultation with the Ministry of Health and medical experts.

Earlier this month, NCOC also announced that from October 1st, only vaccinated people will be allowed to travel by train.
