Karachi: The senior leader of the Pakhtunkhwa People’s Party (PKMAP), Usman Khan Kakal, died in Karachi. A few days ago, he fell at Quetta’s house and was seriously injured.

Confirming the death of the leader, Information Secretary PKMAP Reza Mohammad Reza said that Kakal is receiving treatment in a private hospital in Karachi.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader and senator Salim Mandewiwala said that the news of Usman Khan Kakar’s death was received during a meeting of the Senate Finance Committee.

After the fall, Usman Kakar was rushed to the hospital and admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

After receiving the news of the death of Senator Kakkar, leaders of various political parties expressed their condolences.

In memory of Kakar, the deputy speaker of the National Assembly Kasim Suri said that the deceased was a patriotic political and social leader.

“Usman Khan Kakal fought for the rights of the people of Balochistan and always expressed their concerns,” Suri said.

The Speaker of the National Assembly Asad Qaisar also expressed his condolences and said that Kakkar’s contribution to the rights of Balochistan and his social and political services will be remembered forever.

The Chief Minister of Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, also expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the dead souls.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of JUI-F, also expressed condolences and said that the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) had been deprived of a brave leader.

Former President and PPP Co-Chair Asif Ali Zardari, PPP’s Sherry Rehman, and ANP Sindh’s President Shahi Sayed also expressed grief over the death of Senator Kakar.
