“Starting from Android 12, Google Assistant driving mode will become a built-in mobile driving experience. We don’t have more details to share at the moment,” the company said, adding that for anyone using compatible Android Auto, this This experience will not change the car.

Google’s confirmation was issued when a user saw a message in the “Android Auto for Phone Screens” app that said the service “only applies to car screens now” and pointed the phone user to the Google Assistant driving mode as an alternative .

At the same time, a report revealed that the “Android Auto for Phone Screens” app now says it is not compatible with Pixel devices running Android 12.
