OIC institutions, PHEC signed a memorandum of understanding on higher education institutions

Lahore: The Punjab Council for Higher Education (PHEC) and the Organization of Islamic State (OIC) Ministerial Standing Committee on Science and Technology Cooperation (COMSTECH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand cooperation and provide science and technology-for higher education in the province Educational institutions provide embedded solutions.
The scope of the memorandum of understanding includes multilateral and meaningful cooperation between the two organizations to establish indigenous technology resources and strengthen higher education institutions through the development of solutions that support indigenous technology.
The cooperation also includes the organization of joint training programs, academic seminars, research scholarships, and exchange programs for the faculty and students of higher education institutions in Punjab.
In this regard, COMSTECH will provide PHEC with technical support in technology and education to find local solutions. In return, PHEC will facilitate COMSTECH to contact provincial universities and implement joint programs. The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding was held here on Friday. Professor Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman of PHEC, and Professor M Iqbal Choudhary, Coordinator of COMSTECH, attended the meeting in Islamabad.
PU, CWSA sign a memorandum of understanding to end inequality: Punjab University and the Asian Community World Service Center (CWSA) signed a memorandum of understanding to promote collaborative initiatives to provide skilled and well-informed individuals in the social sector to eliminate inequality. The two institutions will be committed to planning, learning, development and expansion, including capacity improvement, training, curriculum revision/development, institutional development, academic information sharing and knowledge exchange.
The agreement was signed in the Office of the Vice President of PU. PU VC Professor Niaz Ahmed, Head of External Affairs CWSA Brig (retd) Tariq Aslam, Chair of Social Work Department Professor Dr. Syeda Mahnaz Hassan, Director of External Relations Dr. Sobia Khuram and others participated this agreement.
Extension of the form submission date: The Examination Department of Punjab University (PU) has extended the Bachelor of Laws (5 years) Part-I, II, III, IV and V Annual Examinations 2021 and the Bachelor of Laws (3 years) Part I, Part II and The third part is the 2021 annual exam.
