Muzaffarabad Tigers captain Mohammad Hafeez spoke highly of the local cricket talents in Kashmir and said that he hopes to see them make great progress in the days to come.

say Geographic News On Monday, the experienced all-around player stated that every cricket player participating in the 2021 KPL is for the cause of Kashmir. “We have to make the league successful and play impressive cricket here,” he said.

Hafiz expressed his joy to see local talents from Kashmir and added that by sharing the locker room with international cricket players, they will benefit and learn new skills.

“The two Kashmiris are part of XI in our team,” he said. “This will benefit the local talents here a lot.”

Hafiz supports Kashmiri cricketers, saying that he hopes they will play an important role for the country in order to show their talents to the world.

The all-rounder said that it feels great to play in Muzaffarabad. “I played cricket in Muzaffarabad for the first time. The location here is very beautiful and the venue is impressive,” he said.

Hafez said the cricket ground could have been better. However, he said that the arrangements made in a short period of time are commendable.

The captain of the Muzaffarabad Tigers praised the organizers for hosting the league.

Hafez’s team made a good start to the game, beating the Overseas Warriors with seven wickets in their first KPL 2021 game.

However, the Tigers lost to the Rawalakot Hawks after a gripping clash on Monday and only lost one game.
