LWMC will install 6,000 containers in the city

Lahore: The Minister of Education of Punjab, Dr. Murad Raas, praised the Lahore Waste Management Corporation (LWMC) for its efforts to make the city clean, and said that LWMC has developed a new system to ensure the best and cost-effective Cleaning arrangements.
He was speaking to reporters at a ceremony held by the Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) in the colony of Mecca.
The Minister of Education stated that LWMC is working wholeheartedly to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of cleaning services in the city. According to a press release issued here on Friday, LWMC CEO Rafia Haider briefed Dr. Murad Raas on the manufacturing and distribution of new containers and trolleys. The Lahore Waste Management Company earlier distributed 950 containers in the town of Data Gunj Baksh. The company is preparing to install 6,000 new containers and 2,000 new trolleys in the city.
