Karachi matrix committee chairman reveals details behind the dispute

Karachi: On Monday, the Chairman of the Mathematics Committee suspected that this paper leakage dispute was behind the foul. At that time, the physics paper was leaked on social media within minutes of the candidate’s attempt.

Talk to geo news anchor Shahzeb Khanzada on his show Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Saath On Monday, Syed Sharaf Ali Shah, chairman of the Karachi Board of Secondary Education (BSEK), said that the distribution of test papers to the test center is the main responsibility of the Central Control Officer (CCO).

Shah explained the reason behind the delay, saying it was caused by the CCO not arriving at the center to pick up the test papers. He said that as a result, the board staff had to send the test papers to the test center, which caused delays.

Shah said that the CCO appeared to be involved in the conspiracy and added that they would no longer perform this duty.

“The CCO’s order has been cancelled. Now, the superintendent will collect test papers from the center and transport them to the test center,” he added.

Shah said the board also increased the number of centers from 11 to 18 to ensure timely delivery of papers from now on.

“Due to an administrative violation, the document was leaked,” he said. “We will create a mechanism to prevent leakage of documents in the future,” added the chairman of the matrix committee.

When talking about cheating, the chairman of the board stated that in the past few years, when Rangers were deployed at the test center, the “plagiarism culture” had been greatly reduced.

“This time, the same teachers and policemen showed up at the test center, which made plagiarism culture possible,” he added.

Paper leakage dispute

According to Geographic News, the questionnaire also appeared outside the examination room four minutes later, exposing government management errors and lax control.

There are reports that the paper started late in several test centers in Karachi, and students and their parents expressed dissatisfaction with this situation.

However, in response to these reports, the board announced that if the exam starts late, students will complete their papers within the prescribed two hours.

Shah, Chairman of the Matric Board of Directors, stated that a total of 348,249 students have registered for the 9th grade and Matric exams in the science group and the general group.

Of the 438 test centers, 185 are in public schools and 253 are in private schools. 201 centers targeted girls and 237 targeted boys.
