Islamabad United defeated Multan Sultan with four wickets in the 30th match of the 6th Pakistan Premier League held at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Ground in Abu Dhabi and ended the league stage by winning.

After a failed batting in the first game, Multan gave Islamabad a goal of 150 points.

Multan’s Shakhnawaz Dahani defeated Islamabad opener Mohamed Ahrak in the fifth game, allowing his team to make a breakthrough early in the game.

Dahani then bowled in the seventh game and removed another opener player Omar Amin, leaving Manchester United to lose.

Muhammad Umar then cancelled Islamabad captain Shadab Khan in the 13th game. But the captain has done enough damage to let Manchester United take the helm.

Asif Ali and Hussein Talat, who were in a crease, further reduced Islamabad’s deficit and put the team in full control at the end of the 15th.

However, there was a turning point in the 16th game, when Usman Kadir fired Asif Ali and Islamabad only needed 16 runs from 24 goals.

Kadir also removed Brandon King on the 18th, leaving the Islamabad five behind and bringing some hope to Multan.

Kadir’s wicket takeover means Islamabad needs 8 of the last 12 goals.

Rizwan then went to his ace pitcher Dahani. The pacemaker ensures that his team will not lose without a fight and brings the game to the final stage of the game.

In the last race, Islamabad needed 4 runs and was able to get those important runs.

Blessed Muzharabani from the second goal of the final goal to receive the fixed batsman Hussein Talat’s wicket, leaving Manchester United six behind.

However, Zimbabweans defended too little, and Iftihar Ahmed completed the victory in Islamabad as he ran a lap from the last second goal of the game.

As the game progressed, Islamabad defeated Multan with four wickets and ended the PSL league stage as the tabletop champion.

For Multan, Dahani and Kadir ended with two wickets, while Muzalabani and Omar each took one wicket.

Multan Sultanate

Earlier, Islamabad defeated Multan 149 times due to the outstanding performance of their bowlers in the last 10 games.

For Multan, Shan Masood and Mohammad Rizwan in the opener gave the team a brilliant start.

Masood completed his half-century after dispatching Shadab Khan to score six points in the ninth inning.

However, in the next game, Iftikhar Ahmed fired him by 59 points. He is also the top scorer of his team.

Until the end of the 11th, it looks like Multan will make a large-scale cruise to Islamabad.

But Fawad Ahmed hit a double check in the 12th game to remove Rizwan and Sohaib Maqsood. In the following game, Shadab removed Rilee Rossow and knocked down the Multan four.

The loss of three quick wickets regained the benefit of Islamabad.

After the loss, Hamad Azam and Johnson Charles established a good cooperative relationship and brought their side to the end of the 20th round.

But the Islamabad pitchers played and sabotaged their plans.

Faheem Ashraf caught and struck out Azam in the last ball on the 17th, and Mohammad Wasim removed Charles from the first ball on the 18th.

The dismissal exposed Multan’s tail and knocked them down six games with only two rounds left in their innings.

When Faheem removed Usman Qadir in the penultimate game, Multan collapsed further.

In the final game, Islamabad’s Vasim took down Multan’s last three wickets, limiting Multan to 149.

For Islamabad, Wasim ends with four small doors, Faheem and Fawad each have two, and Shadab and Iftikhar ends with one small door.

Before the game started, Islamabad chose to play against Multan first.
