New Delhi: The company said on Friday that Indian customers can now pre-order the upcoming Galaxy flagship smartphone by paying a nominal amount of 2,000 rupees.Users can pay the amount at Samsung Electronics Store in India www.samsung.com Or Samsung Store app. The company said in a statement: “Customers who pre-book will receive a’Next Galaxy VIP Pass’, which allows customers to receive a smart tag worth Rs 2,699 for free when booking a device.”

“When the customer orders the equipment later, the 2,000 rupees token amount will be adjusted based on the equipment price,” it added.

On August 11, the South Korean giant will showcase a new generation of Galaxy devices on Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2021. Samsung is likely to show off the new foldable devices Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3.

A recent report stated that Samsung is expected to launch the latest foldable smartphones at a lower price than its predecessors.

The company is also expected to launch a Galaxy FE phone, two Galaxy watches and a new set of Galaxy Buds.

According to sources, the tech giant expects the starting price of Galaxy Z Fold3 to be approximately 1.99 million won (1,744 US dollars), which is 17% lower than the 2.39 million won of the previous model.
