“Goalkeeping makes me a fearless personality”

So far, Mohammad Rizwan has spent an astonishing 2021 in Pakistan’s shortest format. In just 13 games, he scored 100 points and seven and a half centuries of goals.

Mohamed Rizwan explained the importance of goalkeeping to him and how he adapts to the role of goalkeeper and batsman in an interview with the National newspaper.

Keeping the wickets is my love. If I don’t spend time on gloves, I will be dissatisfied after practice. I think goalkeeping makes me a fearless personality and it also helps a lot with my shots. Goalkeeper is my main job, I consider myself a goalkeeper hitter,” Rizwan said.

Mohammad Rizwan performed well against England. He scored 176 points in three games. Although the Pakistan team lost the series 2-1, he thinks the team knows their preparations for the T20 World Cup very well.
