The National Accountability Bureau accused Hafez of robbing citizens in the name of the housing plan. He is the brother of the defendant Salim Hanif, who has been detained. NAB has received more than 1,000 claims against them. The owners of MS Pearl De Gulf (Pvt) have signed a memorandum of understanding with the directors of the PAF real estate project to acquire 350 acres of land for the development of the Fazaia housing project in Sargodha. However, the defendant illegally sold the plot files to the public without obtaining the land, allegedly collecting billions of dollars.
