The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has issued an advance warning to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Mariam Nawaz to visit the PP-38 Sialkot constituency.

The ECP has issued an advance warning to Maryam Nawaz and instructed her not to participate in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir campaigns during her visit to the PP-38 Sialkot constituency, as she will hold a by-election on July 28.

Maryam Nawaz will visit Sialkot today, where she will speak at a public meeting in the PP-38 Sialkot constituency.

It is necessary to mention here that the supplementary vote for PP-38 will expire on July 28, while the vote for LA-36 of the AJK Legislative Assembly is scheduled for July 25, the second day of Maryam Nawaz’s Sialkot tour .

The PP-38 Sialkot vote is scheduled to take place on July 28 in the position vacated after the death of Khush Akhtar Subhani, a member of the PML-N Provincial Assembly (MPA).

PML-N issued an electoral vote to the brother of the late legislator, former MPA Tariq Subhani, and the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) gave Qaiser Iqbal a vote.
