It is worth mentioning that after the lawyer was attacked, the Clifton Camp Commission had mandated registration of pet dogs last month.
The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation said in a notice that under section 119 and the Camp Law of 1924, all dog owners must register their pets. The fee for the form is fixed at 250 rupees and the registration fee is 2,000 rupees per dog.
