Corona took 65 lives in Pakistan in one day

According to the COVID-19 dashboard of the National Command and Operations Center, Pakistan has recorded 3,084 cases in the past 24 hours after conducting 53,770 tests.

At the same time, in the past 24 hours, another 65 people have died from the disease.
The positive rate has also dropped and is now 5.73%. The last time Pakistan reported a positive rate of less than 6% was on July 24, a month ago, at 4.89%.

The number of active or currently sick patients is 89,044.

The total recovery counted by NCOC is 1,006,078. A day ago, the number of patients recovered from COVID-19 in Pakistan exceeded 1 million.

NCOC statistics show that after 51,982 COVID-19 tests have been conducted, 3,239 new cases have been reported in the past 24 hours, and the total number of infections has risen to 1,116,886.
The number of patients who are active or currently sick is 89,673, which is the highest level since 89,661 active cases were recorded in the country on May 2.

COVID-19 infections in Pakistan are decreasing, with an average of 3,853 new infections reported every day. This is 66% of the peak-the highest daily average reported on June 17.
