According to the revised notice issued by the provincial health department, selected areas of Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan and Faisalabad will continue to be blocked. From August 9th (today) to August 31st, indoor weddings are completely banned in this area.
However, an outdoor wedding of up to 300 people is allowed before 10pm. Due to the coronavirus surge, all religious, cultural and other indoor ceremonies are banned in the aforementioned areas.
District administrations and police have been asked to ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures related to COVID-19.
