This is good news for WhatsApp users, because Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has now confirmed that the multi-device support feature is coming soon. This feature is already available in the beta version of its Android app, but it is not yet ready for iOS users.
However, according to WABetaInfo, there is now an update that further indicates that WhatsApp has also introduced multiple support features for iOS users.
Imagine that the upcoming multi-device feature of WhatsApp allows users to connect up to four devices with their account, and does not require the main device, namely a smart phone.
So basically now you can use your WhatsApp account on four devices at the same time, which means that if you use it over the phone, you can also log in to the account on a tablet or laptop.
It is worth noting that this WhatsApp feature has not yet been made available to the wider public to the main application. Facebook will first test it in its Beta version of the app, remove all errors, and then publish this update to the main app.
The blog also reported that WhatsApp has not introduced multi-device support to all iOS beta users. The blog site wrote in an article: “WhatsApp is still partially rolling out this feature for specific users, so your WhatsApp account may not yet be eligible.”
