The Sindh Provincial Government has implemented Article 144 on the test center’s premises, authorized relevant station staff to file complaints, and take further necessary actions against violators in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

According to the notice issued by Qazi Shahid Pervez, Additional Chief Secretary (Interior Affairs), the Sindh Provincial Government University and Board of Directors Department have communicated that the various education committees have contacted them on the first and second part of the SSC and the peaceful conduct of the HSSC in 2021. The notice read: “The Sindh Provincial Government believes that in order to conduct the examination in a fair and peaceful manner and maintain the sanctity of the examination room during the examination, it is beneficial to take necessary measures.”

“Therefore, when the Sindh Provincial Government exercises the powers granted by Article 144(6) of CrPC, it hereby declares that all examination rooms for the above examinations under its respective education committees are restricted areas for the general public.
