Leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed has been ruled out of the upcoming T20I series against New Zealand, as he has been ruled out following his absence in the Australia Test series due to a knee injury.

The PCB medical panel is currently evaluating Abrar Ahmed’s fitness, and he will return home after the Australia Test series to undergo rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore.

Chief Selector Wahab Riaz has confirmed Abrar Ahmed’s return, emphasizing the leg-spinner’s recovery process for future engagements.
