Maryam Nawaz, vice chairman of PML-N, praised athlete Arshad Nadeem for his outstanding performance at the Tokyo Olympics on Saturday-which was also praised by the nation.
Maryam Nawaz said on Twitter: “It’s not about winning or losing; it’s about going out and fighting.”
“This is what makes you a winner! We are all very proud that you are the champion!”
Arshad Nadeem (Arshad Nadeem) participated in the Tokyo Olympic Javelin finals, although he could not use the same facilities as other athletes.
Nadeem missed the chance to be on the podium, but his determination throughout the competition won the national championship.
Neeraj Chopra won the men’s javelin championship with the best throw of 87.58 meters and won the first historic Olympic track and field gold medal for India.
Jakub Vadlejch of the Czech Republic won the silver medal with the best attempt of 86.67 meters, and Vitezslav Vesely won the bronze medal with 85.44.
