Shoaib Malik achieves another T20 milestone

The right-handed batsman reached the milestone while playing for Fortune Barishal against Rangpur Riders in a match of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

While playing his 487th innings, he scored unbeaten 17 runs as his side beat the opponents by five wickets.

Malik has become only the second batter after Chris Gayle to reach the landmark as the latter has 14,562 runs to his name. He has also become the first Asian player to reach the milestone.

Earlier in the day, He announced his marriage with actor Sana Javed. The news was shared by the celebrity couple on their Instagram accounts.

“Alhamdullilah. And We created you in pairs,” the 41-year-old cricketer wrote a Quranic verse on his Instagram while also sharing the pictures of marriage.
