Twitter reacts to news of ESPN’s Nathan eating hot dog contest

This is the tradition of July 4th every year:
Fans sit in front of the grill at home and watch the best diners competition in the world to see who can eat the most hot dogs. This year, all eyes are on Joey “Jaws” Chestnut to see if he can break last year’s record of 75.
Well, anyway, as long as ESPN’s feed allows.
Throughout the 10-minute broadcast of the men’s game in the afternoon, ESPN lost three games, including Chestnut about to break the world record at the end of the game (he did it, completing his 76th hot dog and bun).

Due to the high stakes, the game was held in front of the fans again for the first time since 2019. The home audience was obviously upset because the game only lasted 10 minutes.

ESPN lost the “feed” of Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest. I guess they can’t cut mustard. I don’t like their failure.
