Karachi: Obviously, the Sindh province authorities cannot prevent the leakage of test papers.
The ninth grade math test paper was leaked on social media again. The test paper was originally scheduled to start for 15 minutes on Thursday.
Candidates are trying their first IX exam today.
According to TV reports, the test papers were transported from the test center to the test center on time.
The Sindh Provincial Government has implemented Article 144 in the test center, which means that people are prohibited from gathering or using mobile phones outside the test center.
However, these regulations were ignored. Several teachers entered the examination room with their mobile phones, and many people could be seen standing outside the examination room.
Karachi Mathematics and Physics Papers Leaked
Although the education department promised to strengthen the security and distribution mechanism of test papers, the X-grade math questionnaire was also leaked before the test papers started on Wednesday.
The test was originally scheduled to start at 9:30 am, but the test paper was advanced 30 minutes.
On Monday, physics papers leaked on social media, sparking a controversy.
Following mismanagement and confusion during the 2021 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual exam, the Sindh Provincial Government attached great importance to and convened the Karachi Secondary Education Committee (BSEK) controller exam, which assured consultant Nisar Khoro to take corrective measures.
However, when the second paper on mathematics was also leaked, no improvement was observed today.
Earlier this week, BESK Chairman Syed Sharaf Ali Shah suspected that the Central Controlling Officer (CCO) was involved in the controversy surrounding paper leaks and delayed delivery of questionnaires.
On Monday, Sharaf Ali Shah said in an interview with geographic news anchor Shahzeb Khanzada’s program Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Saath that the distribution of test papers to the test center is the main responsibility of the CCO.
“The CCO did not arrive (at the center) to collect the test papers,” said the chairman of the matrix committee. He told the anchor: “Due to the absence of the CCO, the committee staff sent the test papers to the test center, causing delays.”
Shah has stated that it seems that the CCO was involved in the conspiracy and added that they will no longer perform this duty.
“The CCO’s order has been cancelled. Now, the superintendent will collect the test papers from the center and send them to the test center,” he said.
Shah once stated that the board of directors also increased the number of centers from 11 to 18 to ensure timely delivery of papers from now on.
